After a two year course Katie gained her self a level 3 BTEC National Diploma, with a triple distinction.
Katie's next step was to find an opportunity to travel the world, experience different cultures and have the chance to be more discovered as an artist, so continued her singing journey and that’s where she fell in love with entertaining in several luxury holiday resort’s and on many cruise liners & yachts, eventually climbing her way up as a guest entertainer with full passenger status.
As well as working abroad, Katie didn’t want to loose touch with the record industry, so got involved with several producers creating some original music, the most recent original song 'It's Over Now' made a big impact in the music industry, especially in the United States, earning Katie and her co-writing team 'Truu Colours' a no.5 hit in the dance charts, the song received an established and official blue tick on Spotify, with over two million plays on several media platforms.
Katie feels she still has more to give and her goal is to collaborate with more people and write more original material in the near future.
